Ms. Gioia joined the board of directors in 2023. From 1982 through her retirement in 2014, she was employed by Ford Motor Company, where she served in a succession of executive roles in product development, manufacturing, and strategy and planning. Among her roles at Ford, she served as director of global electrification, leading all aspects of the company’s electrified vehicle technologies and product portfolio. She is currently principal of Gioia Consulting Services, LLC, and serves on the board of directors of Brady Corporation. She has previously served on the boards of Lucid Group, Meggitt PLC and Exelon Corporation.
