Dr. Lloyd joined Power Integrations as president, CEO and a member of the board of directors in July 2025. Previously, she served in a succession of engineering and business roles spanning nearly three decades at Analog Devices, Inc., a global semiconductor leader. Most recently, she was corporate vice president leading the company’s multi-market power business unit; prior roles included leadership of Analog’s precision franchise and its healthcare and consumer unit. Dr. Lloyd holds doctoral, master’s and bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering and computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Mr. Balow joined Power Integrations in May 2026, bringing more than three decades of semiconductor sales and business development experience. From 2021 to 2025 he served as executive vice president of sales for onsemi, a supplier of sensing and power-management semiconductors. Previously, he served as executive vice president of sales at Infineon Technologies after holding a similar position at Cypress Semiconductor from 2015 until its acquisition by Infineon in 2020. His prior industry experience includes roles at Freescale Semiconductor and Integrated Device Technology (IDT). Mr. Balow holds a Bachelor of Science degree in applied mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Ms. Currie joined Power Integrations in November 2025, bringing over 25 years of global experience leading people and organizational transformation across the technology sector. She oversees all aspects of Power Integrations’ people strategy, including succession planning, leadership development, employee experience and engagement, workforce planning, organizational design, talent acquisition, culture, total rewards and wellbeing, and enterprise transformation. Previously, she served as chief people officer at multiple high-growth technology companies including GRAIL Biotech and Amplitude, and held senior leadership roles at larger organizations such as Sony PlayStation, AMD, and Western Digital. She holds a BA in management and economics from the University of Guelph, has completed executive MBA coursework at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and York University's Schulich School of Business, and holds a certificate in AI Strategy for Business Transformation from Kellogg.

Ms. Erba joined Power Integrations as chief financial officer in January 2026. Previously, she served as CFO at Infinera Corporation, a supplier of optical networking solutions and optical semiconductors, from 2019 through the company’s 2025 acquisition by Nokia. From 2016 to 2019 she was CFO at Immersion Corporation, a leader in haptic touch technology. Earlier, she held a succession of leadership positions at Seagate Technology, including executive roles in finance, business operations and corporate development. Ms. Erba is a member of the board of directors and chair of the audit committee at PDF Solutions, a provider of data solutions for the semiconductor and electronics ecosystem. She holds an MBA from Baylor University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Smith College.

Mr. Gupta joined Power Integrations in 2020. Previously, he was vice president of operations at Renesas Electronics Corporation and, before that, senior vice president of global operations at Intersil Corporation until its acquisition by Renesas. Earlier, Mr. Gupta was director of worldwide customer quality engineering at Qualcomm. He also spent 16 years at National Semiconductor in wafer fab operations and quality. He holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Hughes joined Power Integrations in May 2026, bringing more than 25 years of legal and executive leadership experience across the semiconductor and broader technology industries. He has served as general counsel and secretary for several public technology companies, including Renesas Electronics America, Intersil, Ikanos Communications, LSI Logic, Bell Microproducts, and most recently AEye, Inc., where he helped lead the company through its public market transition. Mr. Hughes holds JD and MBA degrees from Santa Clara University and earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA.

Mr. Jacobs joined Power Integrations in January 2026 from Micron Technology, where he served most recently as vice president and general manager for the automotive, industrial/multi-market and consumer market segments of the company’s multi-billion-dollar automotive & embedded business unit. Previously, he spent more than 25 years at Analog Devices, holding a succession of leadership roles including vice president for marketing and business development in the company’s power IC and module business and vice president and general manager for the autonomous transportation & automotive safety business unit. Mr. Jacobs holds an MBA from Boston College, an M.S. in electrical engineering from Northeastern University and a B.S. in computer engineering from Clarkson University. He has also completed executive leadership programs at Stanford University and MIT.
