Power Integrations (Nasdaq:POWI)
will release its fourth-quarter financial results after market hours on
Wednesday, February 1, 2017, and will host a conference call on February
2 beginning at 8:00 a.m. Pacific time.
Effective January 1, 2017, Power Integrations has adopted the Financial
Accounting Standards Board’s new standards for revenue recognition (ASC
606). In conjunction with its earnings release on February 1, the
company will make available on its website recast financial statements
for fiscal years 2015 and 2016 (and each of the quarters thereof),
calculated as if the new standards had been in effect for those periods.
Under the new standards the company’s full-year 2015 revenues and its
revenues for the first nine months of 2016 each differed by less than $1
million from the revenues originally reported.
