SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Power Integrations (Nasdaq: POWI), the leader in high-voltage integrated circuits for energy-efficient power conversion, today announced that Ben Sutherland has been appointed vice president of worldwide sales, a role in which he has served on an interim basis since March 2011. Mr. Sutherland joined Power Integrations in 2000 and has served in a succession of sales-management roles, most recently as senior sales director with responsibility for a broad geographic territory including Europe, India, Southeast Asia, Japan and the Americas.
